SourceCop is a tiny application that might be really useful for all professional PHP developers. The program allows encrypting PHP code that makes it impossible for any other man to understand and to use. Such encrypting protects your source code from copying by dishonest users. Actually the utility has three methods for saving your source code. The first on is encrypting. The second one is IP address limitation. If you activate this option your PHP script will be able to run only on computer with certain IP. And finally the third method is date limitation. Developer defines date of expiration of required PHP script. After this date protected script won’t be able to run. SourceCop has very friendly interface. All you have to do is to select source folder that contains PHP files for encrypting and customize protection method. All these actions can be performed from one tiny window. The extra option of SuperCop is ability of creating backup copy of your source code. The encrypted code works without any problems on any platform and all versions of PHP.

This is true, unstable licensing , don't purchase their software, I just bought last year and now license revoke

Failed to mention the fact that this requires your hosting provider to allow the eval() function, which some do not perform due to security issues. So much for "The encrypted code works without any problems on any platform and all versions of PHP".
Oh, and need the source code? Change "eval" to "highlight_string" and call the script.
